• The excellence, the warmth, the thoughtful welcome package and the intentionality demonstrated in every minutest detail were palpable beyond words.
• It was more apparent to me that how I treat my wife is a function of the depth of intentionality I have for myself. More than ever before, I am particularly conscious of this: how does my wife want to be loved?
• We reiterated to each other the question asked during the Friday morning session: if we have just 24 more hours to spend with each other, what would we do? And we prayed God to help us to consciously uphold the value of that challenge on a daily basis.

• On the weight of words: by the help of the Holy Spirit, I have decided not to allow my words to harden the tenderness of my wife’s heart. We are now intentional about building a rich word culture in our family.
• The reading session was really impactful, reflective and challenging at the same time, especially the emphasis on choice of friendship and building meaningful relationships. So many life lessons to glean from the book.
• A Christian community where people come together from different places and are truly themselves, without being fake, overly careful or distant, is quite rare. The instant organic bond and flow with amazing couples, the majority of whom we had just met for the very first time, was significantly amazing.
• See you all on November 12–14, 2026, by God’s grace. We will be many!

• I learnt the beauty and strength that lies in using the magic words in marriage — how simple expressions of love, kindness and respect can shift the entire atmosphere of a home.
• I learnt to be an intentional spouse: from how I care for my partner, to how I steward my home with wisdom, grace and maturity.
• The bonding with other families was so natural and heartwarming. Even for those attending for the very first time, it genuinely felt like we had known one another for years.

• One of the deepest lessons I took home is that when the enemy seeks to strike, he begins by attacking the tenderness of our hearts. And the teaching on not fighting thoughts with thoughts truly stayed with me. If I’m not first defeated in the spirit, nothing can touch me.
• I also love how I became more intentional towards the children.
• We were cared for, fed and pampered in ways that made us feel deeply valued. I miss everyone already, more than I can express. I look forward to Couples Retreat 2026.
